Victoria & Richard got married at the picturesque exclusive venue of The Orangery at Settrington near York and Malton in a luxury UK wedding.
The Orangery is a wonderfully romantic stone building located in the beautiful private and ornamental gardens of this elegant Georgian stately home.
Their gorgeous wedding featured 1,000 miniature paper birds, painstakingly folded by the couple to demonstrate their patience and commitment.
Victoria says: “When I was researching videographers, although talented, the style of the local suppliers wasn’t what I was looking for. This is no reflection on their talent, it’s just we didn’t want a highlights video, or a few shots strung together with a music montage over the top, I wanted something that represented Rich and I, a film not a video, something I could show our (hopefully) future children and they would not only see our wedding but would recognise all the things Richard and I are about and the love we have for each other. So I widened my search, ending up in Switzerland of all places!
I loved your approach – personal, professional and beautiful videos. Once we had our initial Skype call with you it was easy, we knew you were the one. Our call was relaxed, comfortable and we over ran on time without even realising. You were really interested in us as individuals and were keen to stress what made your work different to others, something we were on board with and just what we were looking for.”
Emma says: “Folding 1,000 miniature paper birds is a true labour of love, demonstrating patience and commitment. An act that truly represents Victoria and Richard’s lovely relationship. I was delighted when Victoria and Richard’s gorgeous wedding at The Orangery at Settrington was chosen as by the Love Stories TV website as one of its favourite UK weddings.
